Johannes Lichtman’s debut novel, Such Good Work, was chosen as a 5 Under 35 honoree by the National Book Foundation. His second novel, Calling Ukraine, was named one of the best fiction books of the year by Library Journal. His third novel, Intention, will be published in 2027 by Doubleday. His writing has been published by The Paris Review, Foreign Policy, Los Angeles Review of Books, Travel + Leisure, and others. He lives in Baltimore.
